Return and Exchange Policy
Items may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping) within 14 days of receipt, if the following conditions are met. Your item must be in unused and unworn condition--that is, the same condition when it left Forstner. Eligible returns will be refunded via the original payment method. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Used and/or worn items (including items that have been resized) are not eligible for a refund insofar as they are unable to be resold. Forstner will inspect your item upon receipt and issue the refund if it complies with the above conditions. Items that do not comply may be eligible for a return for store credit in some circumstances - contact Forstner for more details. If not, the item will be sent back to the customer.
To complete your return, send us an email with the information regarding your order. If you do not email us ahead of time, you run the risk of your return not being processed.

Items can be exchanged for a different item within 14 days if the item is in unused and unworn condition--that is, the same condition when it left Forstner. Late or Missing Refunds
If your return was accepted and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again -- there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Gift cards are redeemable for products available for sale on this website. Gift cards may not be returned for cash value, and products purchased via gift card likewise are eligible for exchange only (or returned for store credit). The product being exchanged or returned must comply with the above-listed conditions in the return and exchange policy (that is, be in unused and unworn condition) to be eligible for such exchange or return for store credit.
